New Patients:
In order for you to completely understand your current dental health, at your first visit, Dr. Moore will complete a comprehensive evaluation to help you make the most informed decision about your dental treatment.   

Insurance Plans
Our staff gladly processes insurance claims as a convenience to you.  Insurance policies generally cover only a portion of the total treatment cost.  Unless other arrangements have been made, we ask that you pay your portion of your bill at the time of treatment.  It is your responsibility to pay any balance not paid by your insurance company.

NO INSURANCE? NO PROBLEM!
We have budget-friendly options for payment which include cash, personal check, or money orders. Other options include:

*A 5% account adjustment when fees are in excess of $500, if paid in full by cash or check on the day treatment is presented, or in advance of the scheduled appointment.

*We accept VISA, Mastercard, and Discover cards as well as most ATM cards.

*We have special dental payment plans available. Call us today for information on INTEREST-FREE FINANCING! We can recommend the plan that best suits your needs.
